WHY PRE-ORDER?

So my 2020 plans went down the toilet but I'd still love to offer some fresh Theo pieces that will be especially made to order for you! Making to order reduces the risk of over-producing (using textiles, trims and labour unnecessarily) and reduces the financial outlay required to make the clothing - which are both big factors that will help see this small business through to the other side of covid!

Use the code HOPE25 at the check-out to receive 25% off these pieces in exchange for pre-ordering. This means that we will not be making any extra stock, ONLY what has been ordered by our customers.

As always, these pieces are designed to be perfectly comfortable, trans-seasonal and your wardrobe staples for many seasons to come. Most importantly however, producing this collection in the current circumstances will support our small family of garment makers and provide them with work at this time. We will not be producing an AW20 collection, so any form of support that we can pass onto our makers is very much appreciated.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

We expect to post these orders to you by the end of June, but please consider the current delays in international freight/customs, and be patient in case of any unforeseen delays. I will keep you updated!

SIZING AND RETURNS?

If you're not sure about sizing, please get in touch with us on Instagram or via email and we can help! Alternatively, purchase 2 sizes and we will happily refund the incorrect size once you receive your items in June.

If the pieces you have ordered are not what you expected, I will happily refund you in June.
